I started looking at the component configuration. Based on the configuration, we should be seeing the Personal Data bizcard as the first entry in the left column of the Personal Profile Overview page. However, it is appearing as the 3rd entry for the majority of end-users. There also seems to be some inconsistencies as there are a few users who have it appearing as the 1st entry. We do not allow personalization at the user level so I do not think that user personalization is causing the differences. Can the column and sequence index attributes be overwritten somewhere else? Do we need to clear some type of cache? Does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
