I have a report with [Encounter.Reason For Visit] which lists reasons patients have visited the hospital. If I wanted to rank any that are the same in a field how would I do that? For example, if I wanted to see what the top ten rankings were for any repeating visit reasons such as pneumonia where would I start on this report? I have included a screen shot. Thanks!
