Shadow box around Crystal Report

I have a VB 2013 program using Crystal Reports.. CR Version is 13.0.2000

I am getting a "shadow box" around my report and it is encapsulating the report in this "box"

When I was running with VB 2008 CR Version 10.5 I was not getting this "box"

In the IE browser it looks like this

This is what it looks like when it is normal.....

What do I have to do to get rid of this "shadow" ??
