Hi all,
I change the billing form in my unreleased service order from 02-Costs to 01-Fixed rate. And yet, there is no effect on the quotation generated. The service product always gets an item category which is statistical and not relevant for billing. And the sub-items get the item category which is not statistical and is relevant for billing.
What am I missing here? How can I switch between billing the service product at a flat rate and billing the service product as a sum of the sub-items' prices?
Below are some points about my config.
1. I got the Billing form as a characteristic and its flagged.
2. I got the item category combination as follows

Doesn't matter if I change the billing form in the service order the quotation always assigns AES to the higher level item and AEN to the lower level items.
