Hi everybody
I have an active survey with category "others" created.
I have also it's corresponding activity plan and route configured for service tickets
When the business user create a service ticket, the activity planner routes are excecuted succesfullly.
The problem is when i go to the survey section , the survey is there.
I click on the survey , it opens but nobody is able to edit or answer the questions.
Does anybody knows how to make it editable?
am i missing some configuration?
