Need your help in one of complex requirement in Open Text VIM.
Please let me know the possibility and challenges for following points and correct me.

Requirement
All groups are in Position format.
Open Text Work Item appears in User Inbox executing/opening which, following Open Text DP docs opens.
Currently, if User click on Refer to Info Provider, it ask for comments and after which it list users in pop up from this position/group which is called here Receiving Actor. Same WI flows to this users.
Now requirement is to forward WI to multiple users from multiple groups in following ways.
- There should be new button “Refer to multi group users”
- After which I get regular comment screen, after which I should see all above groups name as list in pop up. (in this case its 5 groups)
- If user selects 3 groups from 5 and proceed, he should see users from these 3 groups in next pop up, upon selecting these users, WI will go to all those users.
Now, this is required mainly because many docs scanned does not have complete info in Open Text DP doc and hence, there should be facility for all users to fill their respective info in same DP doc.
Challenge
- All multi group users should be able to update info on same DP doc screen parallel through different work items.
- All cannot work on same DP doc screen at same time, so there has to be same WI but again if only one of selected multi group users hold it and then others may not able to see it / execute it.
- Also whether popup to list multi groups and next pop up to list select multi groups users is possible or not.
