I have a following scenario and need gurus help to resolve it.
I have created a order of 10 MT and make a outbound delivery create shipment document make a post goods issue and create a shipment cost document as well.
the customer is a sister concern company of my company and invoice is send at the end of the month, cumulative invoice.
When material reach to the customer he reject the material due to quality issue, so same material is place near to customer location in a company warehouse/plant.
Now we have to make following correction in the system,
1. reverse the Outbound delivery, so that GI plant stock is up.
2. make a plant to plant transfer (from GI plant to warehouse/plant).
3. Wants to change the quantity coming at OBD to zero, because if I will not make it zero, this stock will remain reserve against the sales order, that is not correct. But system give me the message that
Change restricted shipment costs for shipment 1224 are settled
Message no. VW292
Diagnosis
The shipment costs for shipment 1224 have already been assigned to an account or transferred.
System Response
You can make only limited changes to the delivery.
If I run MMBE this quantity will remain book against schedule for delivery.
