now I am a bit confused. Did you change description of the process types?

If you did not, then you are mixing process types. You have maintained copy control for Service Request of process type SRVR, however, Service IC is process type TSVO.

Does it make sense?

I have tested both (SRVR and TSVO) to copy to 1003 and it works.
