Re: Sum of time Spent

First of all what kind of output you want?

I mean in output how many columns you are expecting?

As far as unique rows as concerned you have to first convert  time spent into measure from dimension as you want to sum the time spent.

create new variable

total_time_spent = sum([time spent]) in([Analyst Combo Name]) & keep it as a measure.

Now take new report drag following objects there

Analyst Combo Name,time stamp,request ref num,total_time_spent
