I'm not sure if I understand the question right, but I'll try:
- OSS notes will work the same way they allways did, it doesn't matter, what software you use.
- If I recall correctly, instead of Enhacement Packs for ECC, there will be Feature Packs for S/4HANA (same thing, different name).
