Control on new movement type

Hi experts,

I have created a new movement type copying 221 Q. Purpose to create new movement type is we book vendor consumption using Movement type 221 q where vendor no is mandatory. We need to book self consumption too.Hence I have created a new movement Type as Z01.

Now we want to have restriction on this movement type, whenever needed it should be used.

Is there any authorization object thru which i can control or restrict to specific user???

One more thing, what are the implications if I use any of existing movement type like 333 for Self consumption instead of creating customized movement type..

please share your suggestions.
