Requirements for Connecting SAP Lumira to SAP BW
There are two 2 different ways of connecting to an SAP BW System.
- Local SAP BW System, which needs an saplogon.ini file; or
- An OLAP Connection to an SAP BW System stored on the BI Platform.
To connect to SAP BW locally, SAP Logon must be installed, and SAP BW System must be defined in the SAP Logon.
To connect to SAP BW Connection on an SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform, an OLAP Connection to SAP BW must be defined on the SAP BI Platform server."
