Hi,

I am making a post on behalf of our customer Mendy Shugart from Burlesons-Honey who is having issues with Crystal Server 2013 and getting the following error... [RCIRAS0542]

Mendy tried following the instructions from the service marketplace here: (Note: I got this information for her as she is trying her free trial at the moment and hasn't purchased the product or maintenance for it)

1.Log on to the Central Management Console as Administrator

2.Go to the Servers area and open the Crystal Report Processing Server

3.Set the Maximum Concurrent Jobs to a higher value ie.100

4.Restart the Crystal Report Processing Server

5.Reset the Maximum Concurrent Jobs value to 0

6.Restart the Crystal Report Processing Server

However, these instructions don't look like the ones in her attached picture that she has:

How do we proceed from here?
