Many thanks indeed for your input, no we are not using HR Renewal. Just the standard therefore most things that are standard in Renewal we have to develop our-self.
Scenario one is really what they want? How can I achieve that? any ideas?
Is Scenario 2 standard or not?
Infact the business requirement are so bizarre that in the end we will end up creating a new substitution application. For example on teh substitution page they would like to add a change button. Standard is create or delete but they would like a change. I have 15 requirements which are all not standard, i am really pulling my hair :-)
