SAP Work Manager 6.3 attachment types not correct

Good afternoon,

We found out that on SAP Work Manager 6.3 the attachment types for image are correct but for document they are incorrect (= the same as for image). Meaning we can't upload PDF or other types of documents.
We are using SAP Work Manager 6.3 in French, is there something wrong maybe on that side?

I found an old topic with the same issue but it have not been solved and I couldn't access the discussion anymore.
