L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE- Destination Storage unit is not created

Hi,

I am using FM L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE to create transfer order. The issue is, it returns no error and everything is fine except destination storage bin(passed into FM) is not created.

This FM works fine (and creates destination SU) when I parameters I directly pass to FM using SE37 and test.

Please note that before calling this FM, I am calling other BAPIs to confirm production orders in my module pool program.
