Installation steps:

1. Download the archive for the Developer Studio from SAP Service Marketplace.
3. Open the archive and extract its content in a folder on the file system.
5. Open the eclipse folder and start eclipse.exe.
7. When the Developer Studio starts it opens a window where you need to enter a location for the Workspace folder. In the Workspace folder, the Developer Studio stores the configuration settings, which you provide and the local projects, which you develop.

So the file is eclipse.exe.
