Do you check the table COMM_IL_PRDSCP and COMM_IL_PRDCPN in CRM system for the customer material records?
If the customer material text is not populated to CRM, please also check if there is any filter in R3AC1 for object CUST_MAT_INFO and its parent objects.
You can also debug the function module CRS_CUST_MAT_COLLECT_DATA_CHA (in ECC) and the mapping function mudule COM_MAP_BAPIMTCS_TO_CUST (in CRM) for the delta exchange.
