I had same problem, the problem is that you added all libs in one jar and the have inner dependencys.

So you should create separate DC for every single external lib in NWDI, add proper dependencies.
And you shoul add overthere jar to lib, wich contain scannit jar (be aware of cyclic reference, because DC with overthere should reference DC with scannit too), otherwise DC with scannit wil not find proper annotations and will return empty list of supported protocols
