Not sure how much you are used to transactions in APO but most of transactions in APO starts with /SAPAPO/*......so try /SAPAPO/OM17.
What about consistency check /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK?
Note 1095255 & 1592004 (seems valid for your environment)
