I am using rule to determine the agents in the user decision step. Can you please help and tell me which workflow variable would hold the actual agent who executed the user decision?
I tried many... But unable to find so.. Some are holding WF-BATCH, CRM to ISU ALE User.. but no variable seem to hold the actual agent who executed the work item.
