We recently sent out a yearly policy for approval. There are six approvers (assigned as cross regulation approver). One of the approvers has left the company prior to the policy being completed and published.
How can we remove the user to allow the policy to be approved and published by the remaining users?
We are unable to remove the user as the buttons are grayed out. Also, in our testing prior to this, even after removing an approver, the policy never went to 'published' state.
Please advise. Thank you.
