Take a look at /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG and /IWFND/ERROR_LOG. Also, if you are using Chrome, use the F12 function to check for errors.
Also, you could try run program /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE in SE38.
