Hi Abdul,

Please follow the below mentioned steps

1. Create a survey and activate it
2. Create a activity plan and add the above created survey to it.
3. Create a routing rule with Business application as Ticket.
4. Add the above created activity plan to the routing rule
5. Please ensure that the right conditions are included in the routing rule.
6. Activate the routing rule.
